Frequently asked questions

Can you cover very large outdoor areas?
Yes. We use long-range cameras and PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras that can cover large outdoor areas, including perimeters, loading bays and car parks. We design the camera layout to eliminate blind spots.
What is ANPR and do I need it?
ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) automatically reads and records vehicle registration plates as vehicles enter and leave your facility. It is particularly useful for logistics companies, warehouses with restricted access and facilities that need to track vehicle movements for security or compliance purposes.
How do cameras perform in low light or at night?
We use cameras with advanced night vision (IR illumination) and low-light sensors that provide clear footage even in complete darkness. For outdoor areas, we can combine cameras with motion-activated lighting.
Can the system withstand harsh industrial environments?
Yes. We select cameras with appropriate IP ratings for industrial environments — resistant to dust, moisture and temperature extremes. For particularly harsh environments, we use cameras rated IP67 or higher.
How is footage stored and for how long?
Footage is stored on a secure NVR (Network Video Recorder) on-site, or in the cloud if preferred. Standard retention is 30 days, but we can configure longer periods for compliance or operational requirements.
